The appliance covers are made from osnaburg (a cotton fabric) quilted to unbleached muslin and are a creamy beige color. The seams are serged, thus they will not fray. Covers may be washed in warm water, and I usually put them in the dryer on air fluff for 20 minutes, then put them on the appliance to finish drying. My customers tell me they will wash for 8-10 years, and sometimes even longer. Mine are going on 17 yrs.
Applique designs are available in apples and hearts with teardrops. The hearts can be country blue, light blue, mauve, navy, hunter green, mint green, yellow, peach, burgundy and other colors on request.
Embroidery designs number in the thousands, including fruits, vegetables, flowers, animals, birdhouses, lighthouses, and many others. Matching colors and designs to wallpaper borders is one of my specialties.
Many other designs are custom made for you if you send sample for colors or e-mail for more information. It is best if you measure your appliance: Width (across front), Height (top to bottom), and Depth (front to back), and include the sizes with your order. Please give close to exact measurements, as I add 1/2" to each dimension for ease of fit and minimal shrinkage, as the fabric is cotton.
Pillow ordering information: For the anniversary pillow, I need First and Last names of the couple, and the date they were married. I use gold thread for 50th, and silver for 25th. For other anniversaries, I use the color thread you prefer, or the one suggested for the anniversary (15th, 40th, etc.) Pillows may be ordered starting with 14" x 14" ($40.00), 16" x 16" ($42.50), and 18" x 18" ($45.00). Must be ordered 30 days before you expect delivery.
